This Privacy Policy explains how Artemis ("Artemis," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit getartemisai.com (the "Site") or book a meeting. We keep what we collect to a minimum, and we do not sell your information.

Information we collect

We receive the following information:

• Booking information. When you book a meeting through Cal.com, you provide contact details and any information you choose to include with your booking so we can arrange and follow up on the conversation.
• Anonymous usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the Site performs. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We previously collected email addresses through an early-access waitlist. New signups are closed; previously submitted addresses remain subject to this policy and can be deleted on request.

We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, sensitive personal information through the Site.

How we use your information

• To schedule meetings and follow up on your interest in Artemis.
• To send occasional product updates related to a previous early-access signup. You can opt out of these at any time.
• To measure and improve the performance, content, and reliability of the Site.

How your information is stored and shared

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Site, and they process data only on our behalf:

• Cal.com provides the embedded scheduling service and processes booking information. See its Privacy Policy for details.
• Supabase hosts previously collected early-access email addresses.
• Vercel hosts the Site and provides the aggregated, cookieless analytics described above.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies

Our analytics provider operates without cookies. The embedded booking service is provided by Cal.com; its privacy policy explains its use of cookies and similar technologies.

Data retention

We keep contact information, including previously submitted early-access emails, until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you provided it. You can request removal at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the email address we hold for you, and you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@getartemisai.com.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
